Alaskan Salmon Bake

Ingredients:

  • 4 Alaskan salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried dill, dried parsley, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Arrange lemon slices over the top of the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs if desired before serving.
