Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Remove the pockets from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Open the pockets and stuff them with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped cilantro.
